New to Zenefits, but love the UI!
What do you like best? I like the simple UI, the one-stop-shop for all thing HRIS, payroll, benefits, etc. It is a great alternative to the other systems I've used like Fidelity NetBenefits, ADP, and Paylocity. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it. What do you dislike? I have no complaints so far! What do you like best? The best thing about Zenefits is that it's now possible to automate many HR tasks, like ensuring employees have provided appropriate documentation, recording and approving hours worked, and creating communication channels between managers and employees. What do you like best? Zenefits centralizes all your benefits in one places which makes it easier to manage! I also like being able to manage teams time off and see across departments. Great service, and great care team!
What do you like best? Very easy to use! We were able to have this program running less than a day after we called. We fell in love with Zenefits as soon as we saw the demo. Their care team is so helpful, and always there to help. My users were able to set up their profiles in less than 45 minutes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Fast turn around time of benefits and payments. What do you dislike? I honestly do not have any complains about Zenefits at this point in time. Easy Onboarding!
What do you like best? I really enjoy the step by step guidance of the system. New hires don't have to search for the paperwork, we don't have to try to remember to send all of the paperwork and worry about trying to make sure the new hire has a fax or email address, and It's pretty intuitive on the back end. Best UX for benefits yet!
What do you like best? I use Zenefits to access my benefits information and time off requests. The user interface is the best I have EVER seen. It's streamlined which makes enrollment a breeze, and changes are implemented up to the minute. What do you dislike? I have heard from our accounting people that Zenefits doesn't play nice with Paychex. That doesn't affect me directly, however. Using zenefits for HR/benefit tracking/centralization.
What do you like best? It has a very easy to use interface. It is also nice that everything is centralized, so all information is available to everyone from one place, and not in multiple emails. What do you like best? Zenefits is an easy, idiot proof one stop spot for small biz payroll and benefits What do you dislike? Sometimes getting assistance is difficult, if you have more involved HR things it can become hairy What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll and benefits handling for our medium sized business
