Initially poor experience, but was fixed.
I had a poor experience with this company at first. I didn't think I had turned on auto renew and ended up getting charged for two months before I realized it. Rep refused to give credits because it was outside of the refund window. I realize now she was just doing what she was trained to do. I complained on TrustPilot and immediately was contacted by their team. They issued the refund for two months and gave me additional months free and some credits. The Potential of Human assistance
I requested human assistance regarding some doubts raised by my accountant and regarding the denied registration of my VAT number on the site. I didn't know where to start, but by talking to Molly the assistant, I solved everything and she was very professional and patient. I received magnificent assistance and in a few minutes I managed to solve all the problems I had encountered and answered all the questions the accountant asked me (new to dropshipping). I recommend it.
