Zendrop and Shopify need to be better coordinated
First of all, the issue is with Shopify and Zendrop. A customer ordered a product variant that was not showing out of stock on my Shopify. The request for fulfillment would not be accepted. I went in to Zendrop and it told me that it was out of stock. I switched the order to another variant. Two days later, my Shopify said the other variant was restocked. I went in to Zendrop to swap the variants so my customer could get what they wanted. All of a sudden it's OUT OF STOCK again! And when I ...

Zendrop is not what I thought it would be
I will preface this by saying that the support team at Zendrop is good. They are helpful and responsive, which I appreciate. Zendrop is not exactly what I thought it would be. For a vast majority of their products they do not hold stock in USA warehouses. Rather products are sent from chinese warehouses upon placing an order. For me this means I would rather buy directly from the Chinese warehouse rather than have Zendrop as a middleman.
