What do you like best about Zego? The ease of using the interface for both customer and property management personnel What do you dislike about Zego? Everything is working fine for us. Credit card processing fees are high but it is a choice of the tenant to use credit card to pay. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of payment posting and freeing up personnel to attend to the community needs

What do you like best about Zego? Nothing................................. What do you dislike about Zego? This company has a website that will not allow customers with several rental properties to link accounts. The customer service people actually said the solution was for me to set up multiple accounts using unique email addresses for each property. What a broken system. Furthermore, the fees for an ACH payment are higher than the industry average. So pay more per transaction for the ...

What do you like best about Zego? Using the check scanner in the office saves so many trips to the bank. Payments get processed more efficiently and quickly. What do you dislike about Zego? I do wish that once the payment said paid out that it could not be returned NSF in the few days following. We have had so many payments say paid out and they still get returned. What do you like best about Zego? The integration with the system that we use. The tenants can see their history, and the customer service is great. What do you dislike about Zego? I do not think we encountered any downsides. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? With the integration, we now don't need to import payments.
