What do you like best about Zego? They are always available to help with a problem and offer solutions. What do you dislike about Zego? They have so much to offer on their website, that sometimes I forget where to find what I'm looking for. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? They get our money to us quickly for great cash flow. They have increased our profit using their utility monitoring, which has increased our recovery rate.

Should something go wrong, your dedicated team works with you through the process, providing details and updates along the way. What do you dislike about Zego? We have had to shift around account executives recently, which has been a bit disruptive. Fortunately, my account manager has been excellent through the change management process. What do you like best about Zego? There are many benefits to the zego family of products, the level of integration with leading PMS companies is a large one. We have been clients of Zego's Paylease platform since 2013 and their Mobile Doorman platform since 2017, the growth and advancements to their products have been wonderful. "The worst payment portal in existence."

What do you like best about Zego? I like nothing about this payment portal whatsoever. What do you dislike about Zego? Awful experience with this payment portal. Seems like this software was coded by an incompetent junior developer with no consideration for the customer, only predatory leasing companies. What do you like best about Zego? NOTHING. I HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY. What do you dislike about Zego? When we purchased a building, they were using Renttrack already so we incorporated it into our portfolio. Renttrack was a great system but turned to shit once acquired by Zego. They do not allow you to modify rents for tenants that have multi-year leases with increases built-in. What do you like best about Zego? I like to offer electronic payments to my tenants. What do you dislike about Zego? Customer Service. 1. I had an issue with one property account. The representative that answered my email was so snooty, essentially telling me that the problem was because I did something wrong.
