Big fan!
Zapier as a tool is really useful and reliable. I use it to automate all kinds of things. Their support has been fantastic in my experience. I've had trouble with my zaps a handful of times, and they've always provided a really clear and thorough response. On one occasion they went way above and beyond and even explained how to do something custom. I'm really pleased with Zapier.
