First class support service from Zamzar!
I recently had to cancel my Zamzar account due to difficulties with my PayPal account which I used for my monthly Zamzar payments. Zamzar's customer support specialist, Grace, was extremely helpful in assisting me to get my Zamzar account reinstated and payments set up on my credit card. Good service
I needed one document converted to PDF however it was too large for the free service that Zamzar provide, so I paid for a monthly subscription which was expensive for one document but I would use them again because the conversion was very good. Maybe they could offer a service for the one time user for a nominal price.

Zamzar’s customer support is superb. I had a problem with my account and they sorted it within the hour. Truly a five star company.
I had inadvertently paid for 2023, but l’m now retired. Zamzar responded immediately and returned my payment. They are a five star company.

Good Customer Support
I used the product but did not work as expected and was not able to work with the engineers due to time sensitive project. So I had to communicate with support for billing issues and Grace was nice and settled my inquiry without issues.
