Consistently Good Service / Results
I left a review for Zamzar last week as I was so impressed with the ease and efficiency of their online file conversation service, and I just had to write another review because I had to convert a couple of files this morning from a completely different format from those last week, but once again it was easy, quick and with a perfect result. Zamzar is great
Zamzar is great. Trustpilot is a joke. Trustpilot does NOT follow up to validate posted reviews. I posted a positive review of a software provider and it was declared "fake." I was not asked for my invoice. I rewrote the review and it was declared a fake a 2nd time. I canceled my account with Trustpilot. They are fake new. However, Zamzar is great.

The worst
It's not free you liars, I hate such a website that tells you it's free but once you start they will never let you complete. Just waste of time My file was 25 MB still asked to pay so don't believe the lie about 50 MB and waste your time as I did.
