Their product actually works!!
Their product worked, and it worked very well. I was converting a 40MB .mp4 to a .gif, so it was a pretty small file. (I have learned, from previous experience, that converting larger files can become a bit unreliable - but that should be obvious, considering this is a web service.) But Zamzar came through.
