Intuitive but intrusive
It's intuitive, all the buttons are where they need to be - it's incredible the amount of websites that hide the very things that you clicked on it - and fast, and the drag-and-drop is great. So many websites don't have it, so it's a very big plus for Zamzar, it doesn't slow you down with having to copy file paths around and stuff. The reason of the 3 stars it's just that I'm tired of having to create an account for a website that I'm going to use like 2 times in my life, and I can never be ...

I requested a refund because the conversion of an Epub to PDF did not work. I was given the refund without any questions being asked. This is, in my experience rare enough.
