Disappointed
Disappointed. I think Zamzar is just collecting the documents on name of facilitation of conversation. The same file from other free site, got the editiable file from picture to Word (average quality conversation) but Zamzar gave the completely Black colored picture in result of conversation from jpg to Word (one page file).
