I have tried all the free budgeting…
I have tried all the free budgeting apps and programs. None of them work like YNAB. I've been using YNAB for over a year now. My only recommendation is to start with a blank budget - don't try and upload previous bank data or transactions. I started my budget tracking on the 1/01/2023 so that I could track a full calendar year. I tried a free trial once before and tried to upload all my previous transactions from the year prior and it ended up confusing the available funds and had issues ...

Once in a while my bank will update its…
Once in a while my bank will update its software. This often causes a glitch with the YNAB connection. I usually panic but the YNAB helpline within twenty four hours resolves my issue. Making life running smooth again.

Awesome budget software with small…
Awesome budget software with small learning curve. Once you learn it’s awesome to use. Was sad to see Mvelopes close up, but YNAB is much better.

My bank account has never looked so well padded
YNAB offered me a paradigm shift in how I view money. After a year with it, I’m in better financial health than I’ve ever been. It takes a bit to break old habits and I still overspend on takeout, but I can do so consciously and without too much guilt now.

A peace of mind game changer
A bit of a learning curve but so worth it and there are so many resources to help in the process. I finally feel in control of our money/finances. I look forward to checking it and seeing where we are in the month year. Even if we happen to be low on funds, it gives such peace of mind to know where we are and adjust accordingly. Fun to use, dare I say?!

It is a great tool
It is a great tool. I have been using it since the now named YNAB Classic for desktop. Highly recommended for newcomers and experienced users.

YNAB - the one and only
YNAB is the only budgeting app that I’ve used that makes sense in my brain and that I continually use. I recommend it to everyone that I talk with regarding budgeting/finances. It’s truly made such a positive impact in my life.
