I love YNAB
I love YNAB. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. If you are struggling in understanding a particular feature, there are lots of tutorials available on YouTube.

Give every dollar a job
I have been using YNAB for almost 10 years. The biggest difference compared to how I did budgeting before is their Rule 1 - "Give every dollar a job", i.e. focus on the money I have right now. Instead of trying to estimate future income.

The budgeting features are great and well designed. But just the overall philosophy of handling your money and budgeting is truly what makes this app great!

Great product and service
Great product and service, does what it says it will do! Customer support has been great anytime I have needed them. I have tried several other budgeting products and methods in the past, but YNAB is the first time that I have really felt on top of my finances!

Holiday Budget Helped by Targets
I realized that I needed to create a new budget heading into the holiday season, so I wouldn't over-spend. I used YNAB because of its Target Types function, which lets me set-up goals based on whether I need money for spending, maintaining a monthly savings balance, or building savings continuously. These nuanced features are helpful when creating goals.
