The best budgeting tool!
I've tried so many tools to try and get control of my finances and feel good about my budget. I always knew that you're supposed to spend money that you already have in-hand rather than spend next month's paycheck this month, but without having a windfall of cash to help me catch up financially to that standard, I had no idea how to get realistically get there. Hard to commit, but life changing once you do.
This app has helped me save over 12k within the last year. I’m finally learning how to have healthy spending habits without feeling deprived and the app keeps me motivated to make my financial goals. It took me years to finally commit to doing it right, but it’s an app that helps me see the possibility of the money I have now while I wait to advance in my career.

YNAB was great for me in my personal…
YNAB was great for me in my personal financial monitoring. It is simple to use and easy to understand. I really like that the budget shows the net amount and not your standard income and expense budget. I never did learn how to export successfully using .csv files. I am not sure if the reports should be exportable as pdf? One request I have for future users, is that I was not able to syncronise automatically with our South African Banks (I am a South African citizen). Thanks for an awesome app.

YNAB prepared me for the new year and new obligations
YNAB helped me gain more control over my finances with their easy to use and easy to learn budgeting software. Even when I fell off the budgeting wagon and didn't touch YNAB for months, I was able to recently do a fresh start and setup a budget that works for me, getting me back on track for the new year.
