It has brought freedom and clarity to our finances
My husband and I have been using YNAB for over a year, and in a year it has transformed the family finances. It took some time to learn, but the learning curve was insignificant compared to the clarity and freedom it has brought. We have been able to fully cover expenses, set up an emergency fund, and even set aside monthly for a future vacation. I highly recommend it.

Lots of Great Features
I have saved a lot of money, been able to fund several big goals (like an emergency fund!), and have more peace of mind since I started using YNAB. What I love is that they are transparent about how they operate and they ask for feedback from their customers about what features they would like in the future. I also love all their tutorials and help so that I can do things on my own or contact a rep if needed. I wish I had known about this app so much earlier!

A great budgeting app
YNAB has made budgeting super easy and helped so much. I started with EveryDollar (the free version). It worked okay, but I do have credit cards, which are very hard to track with EveryDollar. YNAB makes it very easy to track credit cards, loans, really any kind of account. And the great thing about that is, I think YNAB makes it easier to pay off your loans or credit cards to get to debt free. Great personal finance all-rounder
YNAB has been a great assistant with budgeting! The experience can be a little fussy. Great that you can’t spend money you don’t have (or risk making a clean start) when you’re with the programme. Not so great that money can unexpectedly be shuffled between this month and the next, which I assume is software malarkey. While I prefer other personal finance apps for reporting historical data (YNAB isn’t bad, mind) I find really helpful knowing quickly where my money is and where it is ...

YNAB for the wins!
YNAB for the win! Debt gone. Off the credit card float. Money has aged beyond 45 days. Priorities are in order. Mindless purchases are a thing of the past. Budgeting is a joy! I look forward to each paycheck and assigning dollars to the categories.
