Investing the time to understand the four rules and how they work in YNAB has been absolutely worth it. I make life decisions more conscientiously while understanding the financial implications behind them (without the stress). Hannah's videos on YouTube helped a lot and were just a lot of fun to watch. I've been a paid member for 2 years and highly recommend it.

This is the best budgeting app I’ve used. It is very customizable, helps you track income and spending in a sensible way, and helps you set and achieve goals effectively. It is also a very intuitive and user friendly interface on the phone app, unlike Mint which I used before. I love it and actually recommend it to people somewhat frequently.

True real life improvement on your spend and savings

Make it as detailed or high level as you want, always paying back any time you put into this app. Gives real life visibility of where the money is going but, most importantly, helps you proactively decide where it should go BEFORE you spend it. Great app!
