We like using Yotpo.
PROS: We're operating as a small business selling waterproof phone cases. So, it's important for us to have reviews. We've been making use of Yotpo for more than a year and we never regret it. Its sent review request email has made things simple for our customers to do their reviews.

What do you like best about Yotpo? What I like best about YotPo is the fact that it integrates with Shopify and customers can submit reviews with photos which is very helpful to our customers. We have used other review platforms and this is our favorite by far!

What do you like best about Yotpo? I love how simple it is to get access to customer information like rewards and points. It is so much easier to collect the data and give it to the customer without an issue.

An important app for my website
PROS: My business is targeted at a specific segment of the population. It is important for me to get positive reviews for my products. Reviews help me build trust with my customers and tell them that I am putting in a lot of work to make my product and customer service better. Yotpo is the first app I selected for my e-commerce website. It offers great value for money.

A great organization.
PROS: Yotpo is a fantastic service. It's very easy to utilize and set up. I came away impressd with their customer service team. They were quick to respond and provided adviced to assist me with any problems that I may have. They've been good to me since the very beginning.

I’m having a hard time coming up with anything negative from YotPo.
PROS: Account success managers and support from YotPo are top notch. We now currently own three account managers. All of them have been good to us so far. Widgets and integration capabilities are awesome. Unfortunately, not all users can see other things that make this tool so great (marketing, statistics, analytics, etc.).

What do you like best about Yotpo? Yotpo has been great to increase reviews on our fast-growing site. We have many SKUs so it was hard to obtain reviews for products other than our most popular. The automated emails sent after purchases really do work. We also utilize their "visual curation" part of the platform which lets us tag social images to come up as a feed on our site.
