"Great experience from onboarding onwards"
What do you like best about Yotpo? We added the SMS, UGC, loyalty, and reviews widgets to our site and not only are they easy to use, but the customer success team is fantastic at walking you through any questions you might have. We're a really small team, so having that constant support made a world of a difference for us. Plus, it's been months since we launched these programs but we still meet regularly with their team to talk optimizations and how to reach our goals. I couldn't ask for more.

"Great support team and user experience"
What do you like best about Yotpo? Launched Yotpo for Reviews and L&R and have seen really high engagement on the site so far. Captured lots of high quality reviews and implemented a UGC gallery on site which has also drove conversions. Fantastic support team who are quick to respond.

What do you like best about Yotpo? Yotpo has made it easy to continue to grow and make improvements to our product reviews. The support is great and now with the help of the yotpo community it is even more helpful. We use the visual curation piece and I love it so much. It really helps with conversion on our site.

What do you like best about Yotpo? It's stable and easy to use. The biggest compliment I can pay a software partner is to say that I rarely need to deal with them which means their software works and does its job.

What do you like best about Yotpo? I like that it connects easily with Shopify and the product review request emails are sent out automatically. It takes the pressure off of having to constantly check in on it.
