What do you like best about xtraCHEF? The ease of Invoice processing and the time it saves us. What do you dislike about xtraCHEF? The front end build out was very tedious And time Consuming. What problems is xtraCHEF solving and how is that benefiting you? Time and and on demand info.

What do you like best about xtraCHEF? Nothing. I mean nothing! It simply doesn't work. What do you dislike about xtraCHEF? At the end of the day - it simply doesn't work. We do everything we're supposed to do uploading invoices, verifying everything, setting UOM's, building recipes and the biggest problem we have is that unit costs are inaccurate - randomly, with no evidence of where the cost came from. What do you like best about xtraCHEF? xtraCHEF has allowed me to focus on other aspects of the business rather than spending time manually entering sales into my Accounting software. The coding is seamless and easy! What do you dislike about xtraCHEF? If a new product line is added, sometimes the sync will fail as the software doesnt understand where to flow those sales into. This is expected, but I wish they notified multiple times for sync's that fail, rather than just one time. What ...

"Wasted time and energy. No phone support at all."

What do you like best about xtraCHEF? Nothing. No phone service. Assistance is poorly trained. What do you dislike about xtraCHEF? Everything. We have wasted months trying to get the system integrated with Toast and Quickbooks. We waited weeks for email to set up a call that would have been 3:00 am for some of the team and assistance appears to be wrong. I definitely would not have taken a penalty canceling Revel if I knew how much wasted time and money this would have been. Feel free to ...
