I was having problems changing my log…
I was having problems changing my log in address, impossible to follow instructions from website, Joe called me same day & helped me sort it out, he was great but, I must say you need to address some of these issues on your website with simple headings like "How can I change my login address" !!!!!!! Joe also noted that i was using "secret questions", so helped me to get the authenticator operating. My 5 stars are for Joe only, not Xero. I think Xero is great but your website id horrific, ...

Love the product
Love the product. It's the most reliable and intuitive accounting package I've used. Customer service isn't often required but it's excellent when needed.

What do you like best about Xero? A lot of applications integrate with Xero. We are not required to up grade or update the files with software updates. What do you dislike about Xero?
