Jason sorted it out!
There was some bank feeds problem 2 weeks ago, I must say at first I wasn't impressed as I had to go through 5 different agents. Finally, I spoke to a senior member at Xero called Jason. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patience and finally resolved my problem instead of passing me around to different people as before. I think Xero should recognise excellent staff like Jason and provide more training to more junior staffs as well as improving the bank feeds system in the future. ...
