Efficient and helpful
Christina was very helpful and understood my issue. When this couldn't be resolved during the online correspondence she arranged to call my office and screen share. Christina remained on the line until the issue was sorted with my payrolling. Very appreciated.

software is easy to use
The software itself is fairly easy to get your head around. The reconciliation system is very easy to use with a linked bank account. Customer services respond quickly and follow up well.

Could not fault it! Customer service is second to none! If your questions are not answered in the first attempt, the matter is escalated quickly and a knowledgeable person will call you! Never had a matter unresolved! For years now! Thank you for taking good care!
