A Xero Lover
I think you should be able to speak to someone on the phone for help. I think its poor to expect people to wait 24hrs when as when the return to the problem their your mind isn't on the issue anymore. Having said that its not often they get back to you out of the 24 hrs period. One of Xero's biggest competitors has a call center and both my colleagues and clients use regularly and we tend to favor both systems dependent upon the clients requirements.Changing the expenses is just a money ...

Started with a free 30 day trial. Alice phoned from Xero to make sure all was OK - but I couldn't reconcile my Bank balance and Xero as the system would only automatically go back 90 days. Alice sent over info on how to import previous Bank Statements and this worked beautifully. Alice kept in touch and helped me sort out invoicing - as we have a different trading address to our registered address, this again she sorted.Alice and Xero have shown the level of customer service, that we as a ...

Who needs Spreadsheets....
After deciding to take the step from spreadsheets to Xero for our business accounting, I couldn't be happier. An easy to navigate dashboard, and all the tools I need to make the running of our business that much easier, and along with the fantastic help from Ellis, I have no hesitation in recommending Xero to everyone.

Great all round account system
I would recommend Xero for any company, as many integration with other software like receipt Bank and float which allows you to run your business and the accounts just work.

Frustrating to start but ended with 5 star service
I found it a little frustrating that i had to go back and forth over email for what i knew was a simple issue. However, once the call was arranged and I spoke with Julie I cannot praise the customer service enough. Julie was very supportive working through the issue with me. Nothing was too much trouble, she was happy to stay on the line while i confirmed all the issues were resolved. Top service Xero thanks!

Exceptional Service!
My experience with Xero has been one of the best and its all thanks to Rick Colledge-Price for being a great help. He has helped me with many queries along the way that I've had and nothing is too much trouble. Exceptional and couldn't ask for more! Would recommend Xero and Rick to all my friends and family.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that Xero is intuitive and simple to use. The bank feeds make it easy to reconcile bank accounts. The app offers loads of features including balance sheet, profit and loss, budgeting, management reports, and extra invoicing. Customer service lets xero down badly!
Customer service lets xero down badly!have a "simple" problem in connecting the pay now facility to some invoices and have emailed the complaint for over 3 weekshad a representative get in touch but, although he admitted it was a xero problem ....nothing has been done to rectify the issuepoor, frustrating customer service!

Very bad software
Very bad software. I used to recommend Xero to my clients but competitors are now surpassing them in every way bar arrogance.Change of slogan from Beautiful Accounting to Complicated Overpriced Accounting?
