What do you like best? What I like most about Xero is that it's an cloud accounting software thus I can access and do everything from my mobile phone. Allows us to manage our finances and accounts from anywhere everytime. It's easy to setup and start using it thus doesn't require much learning curve. Yet again more issues with bank feeds

Yet again more issues with bank feeds. This time direct Santander bank feeds miss out days and stop working and just sit showing "Loading your bank transactions.You will receive a notification when the transactions are ready"Beyond frustrating! Xero have rolled out an inferior bank feed solution as direct feeds for Santander are not reliable and only update once a day. Bring back Yodlee Feeds! Unreliable service and not able to rectify problems.

Unfortunately Xero's customer experience is useless. I have a problem with my bank feed not reconciling (they use Yodlee to aid this however it hasn't been working now for over a week. Customer service issue a reply saying their current time for replying to a query is 22 hours, yet days later they still haven't responded, nor is the problem fixed. xeros web service is not fit for…

xeros web service is not fit for purpose. Trying to import statements of even 500 lines often fails and requires big clean up exercises. I reported this 3 and a half MONTHS ago. They agreed and said the product team would sort it.It has continued to be an issue and I have been very patient. Asking yesterday if the had forgotten about the issue I find they haven't even bothered to look at it. And yet they happily take the £300 a month off me for the 10 companies I manage on it. Xero is perfect for handling all kinds of documents

What do you like best? From xero we like that it consumes very little bandwidth. It is very easy to import transactions from bank accounts, which makes it excellent to keep accountants. In addition, there is a huge amount of third-party applications with which you can integrate the Xero platform (around 600, at least. Bank Feeds

Xero use Yodlee for the majority of their bank feeds. Today, 11th April 2019, it is broken once again. This is happening regularly and often causes missed transactions. Get it sorted.

Good product, excellent service

Xero is a very good product but has limitations (it is not an all singing, all dancing ERP. Luckily it suits our business and, so far, it has been growing it's functionality to keep pace with our growing business.The support functions are, however, excellent; responsive and knowledgeable, which can be crucial to a businesses smooth operation.
