We love Xero
We love Xero. It is simple to use, intuitive, reliable and always improving. We are not accountants or computer nerds but have found it saves us time with our invoicing, our tax returns and is linked to our bank account. It has transformed the way we collect and spend our money.

The same but different (and easier)
I was new to using Xero earlier this year, after a move of accountants. After an initial revision on thinking (think about the difference between a Windows PC or a MAC - they do the same, just differently) I found the software is easy to navigate and lots of links between various parts (e.g hyperlinks from an invoice to client's details). Easy to use and fully comprehensive
Xero provides an excellent way of recording our charity finances. It links to the bank accounts directly making it easy to reconcile. There are many reports available or you can customise your own. Our accountant simply takes the figures he needs from Xero to use in preparing our annual accounts. If a cheaper home package were available I would use this for personal finances also.

I am not an accountant but find Xero…
I am not an accountant but find Xero easy to setup and use, the Xero community are really helpful as are the support team, integrates with my bank and HMRC to make VAT returns a doddle
