Xero is one of the best and easiest to use accounting systems around today.
Xero is one of the best and easiest accounting systems to use I have seen. Despite not being an accountant, I have been able to set up the system for our cafe/bar business, process VAT, link to our bank and produce both management and year end reports easily. It is currently interfaced with Hubdoc so invoice management is a breeze and links through to Izettle for sales data seamlessly. A great product

I was anxious about moving away from…
I was anxious about moving away from using spreadsheets and 'old school' systems I had been using for my accounts but Xero is very intuitive and easy to pick up. In fact it's much easier than anything I have used before or tested since. I would highly recommend!

If you are or a small or medium-sized business, then look no further than Xero. It's a great and convenient package that handles all your business finance needs with ease. You can set your nominal accounts, run your payroll, import from loads of apps. It is very flexible and provides the reports you need to run your business efficiently.

Xero is a part of our business
As a small business owner I found that I was spending so much time recording time, writing out invoices, downloading bank statements, adding receipts and payments to spreadsheets to do VAT returns, invoices, expenses, etc. Now with Xero all that non added value time (and cost) has disappeared. Everything is all in one place so you can manage your finances, projects and time and get instant reports for internal review and for your clients.One of the best decisions I have made.Thanks
