What do you like best about Xero? Xero is exceptionally simple to utilize and adaptable. As a salesman it's overall quite simple to record costs. Can get to it anyplace and Xero joins with most bank making bank compromise quick and simple.

Invoice Problem
Hello Usually really disappointed with customer service and the fact you cant talk to someone with a query. As I put urgent on my query I was sent a Team Viewer link and Paul was excellent and helpful, you need more Pauls Thanks Lawrence

Xero is the best...
Xero is the best accounting software available in Australia right now. Really intuitive and easy for the novice to navigate around. While it isn't the cheapest option it is very easy to use and to find mistakes which saves time in the end. Support is excellent as well as the community pages with instructions and training.

Xero solved it for me.
I could not renew my bank feed at the 90 day mark. My bank had been taken over by another bank a few months previously, which probably contributed to the problem. When I put the name of my new bank in the bank edit section, the name was not recognised by Xero, neither was there a drop down menu which I would have expected. After trying a few unsuccessful fixes recommended by Xero support in e-mails they arranged to phone me and then access my screen through Team Viewer. Rick from Xero, ...
