Excellent service from my initial enquiry, through several emails and phone calls till my query was sorted. Very friendly staff who rang (and rang back) when they said they would, which is such a breath of fresh air and freed up my time too! Very pleased.

After numerous email exchange
After numerous email exchange, I requested someone call me to assist in resolving my issue. Agent - Danielle, called promptly at the appointed time, then manage to resolve the issue of the Bank feed not updating in Xero. However, she wasn’t able to fix the issue of the bank and Xero accounts not balancing. Danielle immediately logged another call for technical agent to contact me, which I wasn’t expecting to happen until the following day. However, I was called by James and he resolved the ...
