speedy and knowledgable
The response was speedy and information given really detailed and answered my query. As always, I find Xero incredibly helpful and knowledgable in their customer service.

Speedy and supportive
I had an initial response within an hour of raising my query. I then booked a telephone call and spoke to James for an hour who was immensely helpful and patient and resolved my issues

"Best app for maintaining accounting related things"
What do you like best about Xero? Xero is a great application for handling money related transactions. We can easily categorise the expenses and check the progress of the submitted expense.

Payroll issue
I had an issue with payroll, logged a support case and they responded within 2 hours and resolved the problem. Great service and response time along with clear instructions.

CT600L update
CT600L update Xero notified me of the software update, really excellent service and support as I had a query regarding the presentation. This was ressolved within a couple of hours. Very happy with Xero support.

Needed a solution
Needed a solution to identify certain transactions - contacted Xero support with my query. the reply was quick, with a suggestion that might fit my needs. Also added were guides & additional links to help with setting things up. It all seems to be just what I need. My problem easily solved and the solution so easy to use. The support person was great, helpful, would recommend xero and their support service

Cancelling a Xero subscription.
A license fee for a Dormant company , was being charged inspite of no transactions taking place. The original Subsriber email had lapsed and could not be reactivated. In order to stop the monthly fees being collected, I had to complain on Social Media, to trigger a resolution. The matter was resolved over a couple of days.
