I couldn't figure out how to reconcile…
I couldn't figure out how to reconcile two payments from foreign currency that were paid as one payment. The customer care guy was super helpful, sent screenshots and once he'd answered the first time, I could chat with him and he was very responsive. He also recommended that I suggest to change the tech since that wasn't something that was in the pipeline for upcoming improvements.

"Xero Review"
What do you like best about Xero? It is simple to use after learning only for a while. It saves time by having some great features like Reports extracting as per your customization and also have import export feature.

Direct Bank feed problem
A client had a technical problem with their direct bank feed. Xero Support responded very quickly to my support request, gave clear instructions for the fix and it all worked well with my client. Very efficient and helpful.
