When you make a mistake in…

When you make a mistake in systems/programs the frustrating part is not knowing what to do to fix it, so you spend hours looking at blogs and much trial and error. Not with Xero, you reach out to them, they respond very quickly, investigate what went wrong and guide how to fix/prevent reoccurrence. If only every company was as customer focused
