I had issues logging in as I'd lost access to the phone my authenticator was stored on. The person I dealt with, Amanda, was brilliant. Very helpful, friendly, prompt in responding and explained everything clearly.

Great support
After exchanging a couple of messages with Xero, I was struggling to resolve a bookkeeping problem. Xero support set up a same-day call, and within 10 mins on the phone, the solution was explained and implemented. They even took the time to answer another quick query. Great support, (thanks Rosie, Anna and Winston)

Complete accounts beginner…
Having no knowledge of accounts and their websites, I was so confused on what I needed or had signed up for, Ben was fabulous. Took me the whole way through what I needed to know and kindly sent me ‘how to’ guides.
