I felt like people took my requests seriously and tried to solve my problems. It took a few goes to clarify what was needed but overall very good

Nathan was a breath of fresh air
Nathan was a breath of fresh air, after struggling for days with something so pressing, he quickly, efficiently sorted it after getting through to him. I cant thank him enough as i have so much frustration not getting through to people in many different areas. What a ledgend.

The Xero representative was extremely good at working out what I wanted even although I wasn't even sure. He was patient and tolerant of my inability to explain what I wanted and resolved my issue in no time.
