The first occasion upon which I have spoken with someone at Xero and I found Kieron to be knowledgeable and helpful. The issue (my understanding of the system's nuances) was resolved expeditiously.

Good support
I contacted Xero support online for a non urgent query at 3.45pm. I received a response at 9.30pm. This was completely satisfactory as the query did not need immediate attention. The response was full and complete - I did not have to revert for further information

Xero is fantastic.
Xero is fantastic. The layout, app, support... yes you can speak with a human . Been using xero since 2012 and not been let down yet. It goes from strength to strength and there's a lot of accountants who love it too.
