Had an issue with the bank connection…
Had an issue with the bank connection and had the most helpful customer service from Chiara! Fast response time and the issue was resolved within a few hours. This is great considering it is the Christmas period! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I’ve had to contact xero a few times…
I’ve had to contact xero a few times for various issues over the past 6 months since starting to use the software and they’ve always assisted me in resolving my queries, sometimes via detailed email responses and when necessary over the phone. I’m very pleased with the support they provide.

What do you like best about Xero? I like how Xero automates financial reporting process thus making it easy to create financial statements and balance sheets reports.It's easy to track and manage cash flows.I like ease to track and manage expenses with this tool.Bank reconciliation process seems more simpler with Xero.
