I had a problem and posted on Xero help…

I had a problem and posted on Xero help and I had a very fast response from Lotus who arranged for a call to sort it out since I was still struggling. One of her colleagues called me at an arrange time which was convenient for me and everything was sorted.

How to enter a refund to back yourself from a supplier and then reconcile to the correct account.

Having watched many You Tube videos and read every article I could find the actual answer I was looking for was over looked. Literally pulling my hair out as it appeared to be a fundamentally simple issue…which it was when you know the answer. Thankfully Sian at customer services sorted it all out for me. Professional yet friendly and patient with a very likeable telephone manner. Thanks Sian you saved the day👍
