Most amazing support from Anuoluwapo
I have just had the most amazing support from Anuoluwapo at Xero. She was simply superb. I have used Xero for a couple of years and never needed support before because it is so user-friendly. However, when I needed help, I certainly got it. She eventually had to call me, we screenshared, and she explained everything. Brilliant product, and more than brilliant staff. Query in Xero
I contacted Xero with regards to a query i had with the bank reconciliation. The response to my query, was very quick, and the help I received was great. Xero was able to answer my question and broke the explanation down into simple terms. Allowing me to resolve the query I had.

Great help!
Had issues trying to login to my business account. I sent an email and received a call an hour later from a friendly woman offering assistance. I tried multiple times to no avail after a few more emails she called me back and went through the whole process with me over the phone which I was able to login back in and submit a expense claim thank you to the wonder person who dealt with my issues
