What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Powerful and plentiful calculations, Live access for many users, customised compontents and statement views. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Analytics too hard to use/create. Should be simplier. Back end formulas and component building should be simplier to self customise. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of commissions calculations at mass. Removes manual spreadsheets and human error.

Our reps' incentive statements are refreshed daily and they're able to see where they are quota-wise or commisison-wise in a given month at any time.
