What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I love that Xactly provides flexibility. This has allowed our company to evaluate comp on a frequent basis and make changes if necessary. I also like the fact that the UI makes it simple for someone without a technical background to build out comp and administer it. "What a time saver!"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly Incent makes my variable compensation calculations much easier then our old systems or Excel. Upload a file and get results...its pretty much that easy. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Not much to dislike. I would like to see faster refresh times on reports and their Analytics module. Recommendations to others considering Xactly Incent: Compared to the alternatives, i think Xactly has it pegged.

"Easy to use, and Freedom from Excel"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I love that it imports sales from Salesforce, so that i don't have to. They keep all the transaction history and calculations - freeing me from Excel! What do you like best about Xactly Incent? This is a good tool for those that use Salesforce.com for all of their sales. We are in the process of implementing it & it gives us the data that we need (most of it) What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? It is very slow to implement and has a lot of various issues--including, as others have mentioned, rigidity. Recommendations to others considering Xactly Incent: Make sure you have very well documented, simplistic plans.
