What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like the the comfort of knowing that I can set up the plans once and test them and trust the calculations month after month. I can run reports and get the data I need to answer questions asked by reps without having to stumble through 20 spreadsheets. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly is a smart payout calculator - that's true... but it has so much more to offer...The add on benefits are in it's reporting and Doc workflow. It is a one stop shop for sales people to view their commissions - all levels of detail completely transparent to them. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Once you implement Xactly, it's easy to maintain. The Xactly consultant we had to help us implement was extremely knowledgeable and helped us so much. Our plans are very complex. Also, the single sign-on is great since we use Salesforce.com and our sales team can go right into Incent. This tool is also very easy for sales to see their data and payments. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Analytics. Right now we are unable to run one report ...

What do you like best? I love that this presents compensations to all levels of the organization in a clean and drill down view. Plus it gets everyone out of spreadsheets. What do you dislike? What I dislike is also what I like about it, but everything is cut and draw and deadlines are really enforced.
