What do you like best? I like the fact that Xactly is always trying to make changes to meet their customers need. They listen to what the customer tells them and try to make improvements. What do you like best? Great to see the breakdown on my commission pay-out by deal What do you dislike? So difficult to find the percentages on some deals. I also don't like seeing the discounted amounts on a new line. Would be nice to see the accounts per line and then expand on a line to see the commission by product... vs. lines and lines of credits and charges. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Works great for document management, sales reporting, commissions calculations to audits. It provides a detailed statement of payments for sales. It allows the sales force real-time visibility to their bookings results and commissions. If they review their commissions early in the month, it allows us to be proactive in making any necessary corrections before the close of the incentive period. What do you like best? It's an easy way to compile information on commissions & I like that I can keep track of my progress in one easy dashboard. What do you dislike? It has some issues with pulling data correctly 100% of the time and I've had difficulty getting it to load on different browsers. The data pulling could also be a Salesforce issue of course. "Wish we had adopted sooner"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Previously we were doing everything manually and we did not have a great tracking system. This eliminates a lot of the guess work and allows for a high overview along with details. I like the ease of delivering yearly plans to employees, and being able to fix commission and sales credit easily. Love the ability to see % to monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress.
