"Great tool for commissions reporting"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that the commissions report has very granular level of data that enables me to report on. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? I wish the user interface design could be better and more modern. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? I've been using Incent report to export data and assist with financial reporting and analysis.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that it lays out my comp plan and how I'm doing in an easy to read format. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Nothing to do with Incent, but sometimes my company takes forever to send our our comp plans each quarter. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Comp plan + percentage to goal is easy to look at and know exactly where i stand. no grey lines.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Easy to understand what you are getting paid on in a remote environment and auditing deal history. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? For some aspects of the comp cycle Exactly has to aggregate a lot of data, but it becomes difficult to drill into specific payments for 'managed revenue'. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly is a very user friendly tool for both admins and the field. Their customer service department is extremely responsive also. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The only downfall is having to whitelist all of my IP addresses depending on where I am working because of my FTP. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? What we like best about Xactly is the automation as well as the fact that sales reps are confidently able to review their commission with all details. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? We do not like the costs associated with keeping up with the program. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Incorrect commission payments, better transparency with the sales reps because we can distribute more data.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I love how easy it is to find all of my commissions in one consolidated place. As well as being able to filter by certain months/quarters. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Nothing I can think of. It's a pretty straightforward product that is easy to use and great for reps and managers What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to to see all commissions of all time in one consolidated place.
