It is sometimes not the most user-friendly. Since there are so many possibilities, there's also a lot of nuance. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Paying salespeople accurately and easily. We have minimized risk a lot by using Xactly and provided transparency to sales.

The tool itself is pretty powerful, and if you haven't been trained on it, you might feel like you're missing out on valuable features. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Easy to toggle and understand where you sit at for the year (quota), what you are being paid out on, when, and all of your signed comp docs in one place. Once you learn how to read everything it's great. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? It can be finicky to use and takes a while to understand what each line item means, so you need to be able to carve out time to learn how to read each line item and statement.
