What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly Incent offers many programmable options required to design complicated and unique commission plans and calculate commissions automatically. The customer service team responds promptly to inquiries, and the case portal used to contact their team helps you track any issue from beginning to resolution. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The only complaint I would have is the unavailable feature to edit the address in a user's profile. ...

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that I am seeing how much my commission is so I have visibility anytime and anywhere I go What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? I don't have any dislikes about it because the information is complete and precise. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to manually compute my commissions nor think about my run rate for sales because I can already see it there.

Sales Reps have visibility to the most up-to-date performance, payment, and details. Admins have access to all the tools to implement simple to complex sales compensation plans. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? It covers all the utility basics. The solution has all of the comp reporting capability that a firm and rep would want. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The UI could be much better. I find the application difficult to navigate, and the flow of information is not intuitive, in my opinion. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? The application enables the sales team to gain visibility into variable compensation.
