Flexibility is they key!

Wrike is such a help to me and my teams! I think it is the flexibility of the tool that makes it such a win for our organization. I have some team members that are very much 'in' to the social media aspect of Wrike - they use the activity stream to respond to my requests for updates, etc. And then there are folks who like to see only their tasks - they stay on the My Work page and keep it simple. Wrike keeps my team and clients efficient and effective.

We have a team of 7 users and a bunch of collaborators, including clients who are using Wrike. It's the backbone of our systems & processes.

My company has been easing into Wrike since June 2012. Not all of our employees' work is geared toward needing the software on a regular basis, at least 1/2 our company uses Wrike on an ever increasing basis. Most employees are onsite, but it's been a great tool for all of us, whether onsite all the time, sometimes or never.We're moving our time keeping into Wrike's timelog over the next few months so we are no longer double documenting. Much more efficient than Basecamp

We recently switched our office over from Basecamp to Wrike and our productivity is through the roof. Wrike enables our team to plan and forecast accordingly and keep all of our information in one place. The mobile app is great, also. Couldn't be happier!

Great multi-use tool

We are an almost-200 person IT company and have implemented Wrike across our organization. All of our teams find something different that is their "go to" tool. Marketing, Implementations, Operational Excellence, etc all use it with great results.

Great task/project managment software that is continually evoloving.

We've been using wrike for 2 years now and it has come a long way. It was good in the beginning but now it is great. We like that we aren't restricted or forced to use the program a certain way. There are so many different ways of organizing/foldering/tagging/assigning tasks yet the basics are very straight-forward and easy for new users to pick up on. Support is great. Community is great. They are very receptive to user feedback.

Wrike is awesome

Wrike fits our needs perfectly. We tried plenty project management systems before but I didn’t find any as intuitive and powerful as Wrike. It really helps to keep track on everything when it comes to multi-task goals. Wrike has the most important features for me - Android application that just works as I expect it to, integrations with Gmail and Dropbox, easy-to-use timeline, customisable reports. I recommend Wrike to my clients and peers.
