Great for Freelancers

As a freelancer, Wrike allows me to stay on top of projects and effectively communicate to those within the organization that I work with.

Best Project/Task Management Tool

I've used them all. Basecamp, MS Project, Wunderlist, Trello, etc, etc. I have stuck with Wrike the longest as it is the easiest to use and the most flexible. I also purchased a subscription and will be using this with a small team of IT practitioners.

Collaborate better and make projects work better

Wrike. It's an unusual name. And as a product it can be quite off-putting when you start using it. But if you work collaboratively and/or your work is structured as projects with timescales, then Wrike is a great way of working. Great for organizing stuff and tasks

Our company has greatly appreciated the addition of Wrike to our process. We were looking for a flexible project management software, and it has adapted nicely to our needs. We are especially impressed by the Gantt Chart feature with the dependency mapping.

Works the way it should

This is a great tool. The integration with Box and other cloud storage systems is super helpful when sharing files with remote co-workers. Their customer service is also great. They fixed a plugin problem we were having in a couple days, which was fast because it was a weird and complicated problem.

WRIKE, a very flexible project management system1

We have been using Wrike for 3+ years and the program keeps getting better every year. I currently use it to manage over ten project at the same time with the number of tasks totaling over 900. With this many tasks to keep track of I need a system like WRIKE to keep track of these tasks for me. I find Wrike to be a very easy to use project management tool. It's flexibility allows you to structure projects and tasks in ways that make tracking very easy (a task can be located in multiple folders (projects for tracking! Wrike is also strong on communication, assisting to keep your team on the same page. If you are looking at tools to improve your ability to keep projects on task you should definitely consider Wrike!
