A solid lightweight tool with tremendous flexibility
What do you like best? Very easy to use. Customizable to fit many purposes What do you dislike? Subtasks don't roll up. Capacity planning. Recommendations to others considering the product Wrike is awesome at the task level but lacks features for management. Our biggest gripes are 1 lack of good capacity management 2 the way Wrike handles subtasks and 3 reporting. Capacity Management - there only exists the ability to look at how much work is already assigned to a person. There's ...

In Wrike we have an Agile development team, marketing product management with their own work flow, organize acquisitions and basics like daily tasks. What do you dislike? Marketing Operations for Wrike
What do you like best? Project management is a breeze with Wrike. As a someone on the creative team, it is easy to get feedback and post variations as well as knowing what stage each task is in. Great Project Management Tool for Marketing Teams
What do you like best? The online editing software and the project intake form are fantastic. What do you dislike? Wrike's notifications run on a task-based system, but my specific role would be better supported by a project based process, and I would like to see more customizable options for projects v.s tasks. Recommendations to others considering the product Get a clear operating process defined for your team before beginning the deployment. If that is already mapped out before ...

Project Management for Pros
What do you like best? The gantt charts, the dashboards & reporting are what make this product a "must-use" for any company needing project management. Total Winner What do you dislike? In terms of execution, this product needs to be more integrated with the calendar. It creates events in calendars, but that does not necessarily mean execution is inevitable. We need to be able to ensure things happen, and Wrike could use an escalation feature that notifies management when things begin ...
