They won't leave me alone!
Signed up for a free trial, tried to use it then figured it wasn't for me. Since then I've had four emails and three phone calls. Seriously leave me alone? So annoying.

Wrike is all in one project management solution
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Flexible Project Management Tool
What do you like best? Wrike stood out from the rest by being a robust and flexible project management tool. We were able to customize Wrike to our workflow and to meet our needs rather than change to conform to how it worked. Customer service has been outstanding since day one. Better than other systems, recent updates have been great
What do you like best? Wrike has a very clean, user-friendly interface. You don't have to hunting for your work or get hung up on technical glitches or errors - you see what you need to see, when you want to see it. I like the different pipeline stages you can use as a multi-person project progresses. I also really like the new calendar feature that they rolled out, after a long time requesting a calendar view. Excellent for Project Management
What do you like best? I love the flexibility that Wrike provides to work the way that I prefer to, while still working with others, even those that have different workflows. Some groups within our team work in sprints, while others of us work on a project basis, and Wrike enables us to work together seamlessly, all while providing visibility to our workflow and load. Great Platform, Always Improving
What do you like best? I like the way that Wrike is always searching for ways to make their SaaS better. They seem to truly listen to feedback and make improvements. What do you dislike? The customer support has been lacking. It really is hit and miss to get a good CSM who is responsive and helpful. I often find that I am more of an expert at the tool than some of their employees. Good project management tool.
What do you like best? Wrike helps me to keep on task for the simultaneously conferences I am planning. The folders/organization pieces are helpful. I like being able to add others to the tickets and keeping all communications in one place. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to designate who was 'responsible' for the ticket, and who was on the ticket as an FYI.
