Useful for More High Level Collaboration
What do you like best? Easy to use and copy files of projects from one client to another What do you dislike? Too high level for a much smaller business with smaller work groups. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need high level organization, this would work for you. Best probably in consulting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving timeline problems. Reminds or nudges others that it's their ...

Easy for IT
What do you like best? It is nice to have a one stop spot where our IT team can get information on requests that the rest of the team has. It is nice to be able to have a reporting tool to show how fast requests are being completed. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have a place to breakout the options of requests and be able to track them. For example, if a request comes in that someone outside the IT team has to complete, be able to move that request to a different section ...

New to wrike and love it so far
What do you like best? I love the ability to track project status in real time so I don't have to constantly follow up w/ my peers to check status. It's a great snapshot for everyone on the team to see status. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I dislike yet - I am still getting used to the platform. I didn't like all of the emails, but after changing my preferences, it's way better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Wrike is a Task Management Monster
What do you like best? The ease of use and how fast I adapted to it! What do you dislike? The desktop app and mobile app are horrible. They are buggy and crash and the mobile version is embarrassing as the features are non-existent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to utilize it for better task management.

Good for all around usage
What do you like best? This tool is used and is good for people of all departments in my office. This varies from interns, software, web developers, finance, HR, and others. It is a versatile tool that is used for reporting and accurate cost analysis. What do you dislike? Sometimes the UE isn't the best when it comes to the logistics but if you have a Wrike expert on your team they should be able to guide you through the issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Good project management tool
What do you like best? You can set up dashboards for your daily tasks and other due dates. I like how you can block out dates you are not available (vacation or holidays). The alerts are also helpful and you can set the frequency of those to be daily or several times throughout the day. It's good to see alerts as you are within the browser too before an email gets sent with the alert info. Then I can get ahead of responding. What do you dislike? Sometimes the dates for the tasks ...

Wrike helps me stay organized!
What do you like best? I like the daily breakdown of my tasks. It lets me prepare for the day ahead just by glancing at my to-do list and seeing how many tasks I have to complete that day. What do you dislike? Sometimes the recurring feature seems wonky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to meet all my deadlines and stay organized with my daily tasks.

Works well for project management teams
What do you like best? The best part is that allows a central repository for different members of a team to share information and provide updates. What do you dislike? Sometimes the navigation difficult in the various levels of folders. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great project management software, but make sure you actually need one before buying. Sometimes Google Docs and DropBox can work just as well. What problems are you solving with ...
