Easy-to-use solution to stay organized across projects
What do you like best? Wrike offers so much flexibility to organize projects effectively. I love that you can view all tasks across a single project, or view all of your own tasks across multiple projects, or view all overdue items across a certain team... the options are endless, and I find it much more flexible than many of Wrike's competitors. Being able to set up a custom dashboard is a dream. What do you dislike? I was fortunate to work with the premium Wrike toolset but had ...

Great PM tool for Marketing Department
What do you like best? The ability to customize reports and create smart forms based on templates. What do you dislike? Permissions are a little weird sometimes depending on user role. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlined the process for customers/clients to submit new project requests. Cut back on the amount of emails sent between the team. The ability to communicate the team inside of Wrike is great because all of ...

Can't say enough good things!
What do you like best? This is such a simple and easy to use project management tool. We are a small startup (of 2) and needed something affordable that could grow as our team and needs grow. This is it! Super user friendly and organized so intuitively! What do you dislike? We are only a week into using to its full potential, but so far I have no drawbacks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try! You won't regret it. What problems are you ...

Does the job. Nothing special.
What do you like best? Wrike is very organized, which is a huge plus. I've used other platforms to manage tasks, and it is very easy to get confused and disorganized, but Wrike has a very clean, simple interface. This is very beneficial, especially as the scope of the project increases. What do you dislike? There's nothing a really dislike about Wrike. It does the job it sets out to do. There are no bells and whistles, so I'm not blown away by the product. It accomplishes its goal ...

Works for me
What do you like best? I like the ability to collaborate and also protect info at the same time What do you dislike? Not having templates or various prefab modules makes it not as user friendly as it could be. Kind of a beast to set up What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Didn't have a central repository of the various pieces of a project and needed status monitoring. Wrike has helped us solve both problems.

Easy to love... cause it’s easy to use!
What do you like best? Wrike is extremely user friendly and integrates well with other software (namely Slack). What do you dislike? Wrike is in the expensive side and has little to no “frills”. The user interface is extremely basic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team better collaborated and managed project timelines and expectations far more efficiently with Wrike.

Great tool, can get messy if you don't have a system
What do you like best? Wrike is a great tool with a lot of good features within it. I like that you can create a task template, then duplicate it with date values based on how long it takes to complete the project. Very useful. Makes routine tasks very achievable for the team. What do you dislike? Wrike can get very messy if you don't have a system. You need to make sure that the entire team is bought into the system you have and you stick to it. It can be tedious to try and make ...

Project Management in any style
What do you like best? Multiple ways to view and edit (task list, Gantt chart, spreadsheet, workflow panels, etc, internal communication, guest sharing, integrations with other apps, advanced customization and reporting, and great support team. What do you dislike? It can be a little bit of a beast to get launched if you have advanced tracking/reporting needs - but all project management systems are a beast at that level. Projects vs folder functionality are confusing. Keeping the ...
